Today was cold. We played outside and had a lot of fun. There was no wind which didn't make it seem as cold as it really was. The snow was a bit too powdery to make a big snowman so we made a small one and had fun throwing snowballs at each other. Yes, its slightly scary...okay, really freaky. But it had my boys giggling. The hat and tongue are Mr. Potato-Head parts. :) We had fun.
And today was Matt's birthday. I am so thankful for the man I've been blessed with, to share life with. He is incredible and takes such great care of us.
And he is wanting something in particular for his birthday. But we need you to pitch in...Go here. Check out what Charity:Water is all about. Then give $5 or $50 or $500. Whatever you can give...do it! I guarantee it will go towards changing lives and saving lives. This is the way the boys and I honored Matt for his birthday this year. And you can too. Give in honor of him...or just give to those in need somehow because its the right thing to do. We'd love it if you joined in on Matt's fundraising effort...but really, we just want people to give to those who need help. We can all do a small bit to change the world.
Happy Birthday, Matt. I love you!
